Audio Amplifier Circuit Description: This is an audio amplifier circuit cor one speaker. The streaming MP3 player has two of these circuits. The maximum power output is 20W per channel.
The circuit board and parts were purchased in a kit from Electronic Goldine, part number C6442. The schematics come from the test application circuit listed in the TDA2005 datasheet. There is an instance of this circuit for each speaker.
Keypad and IR Receiver Description: The kaypad and IR controller is designed around the Microchip PIC16F84. The original design for this circuit (minus the keypad) is from a circuit built for the PJRC MP3 player. For the purposes of this project, a small keypad was added.
Unfortunately, the code which was modified to take advantage of the added keypad has been lost. The inspiring source code can be found at the following site.
